Ghee

  • Description: Made using the "Bilona" method.About 28 to 30 liters of milk are heated to produce 1 kg of ghee.The milk is boiled on a normal flame, then curdled to make curd.The next day, the butter is churned out from the curd.This butter is heated to produce ghee.
  • Benefits:It promotes digestion, boosts immunity, and serves as a source of healthy fats.
  • Usage: Ideal for cooking, baking, or adding a flavorful touch to your dishes.

Paneer

  • Description: Made using 8 to 10 liters of milk. The milk is heated, and an acid like emon juice is added to curdle it. he curd is separated from the whey. The curd is then drained in a white cloth, and excess water is pressed out.
  • Benefits: High in protein, low in fat, and an excellent source of calcium.
  • Usage: Great for cooking in a variety of dishes, from traditional Indian recipes to salads and snacks.

Butter

  • Description: Modern Method: Cream is directly taken from milk. The fat from raw milk cream is converted into butter. This method is referred to as the modern method. Traditional Method:Butter is made by churning curd. This is also known as the traditional hand method, which is followed by Tiya DesiCows Dairy Farm.

Buttermilk

  • Description: After making butter, the remaining liquid is converted into buttermilk. Our buttermilk is fresh and has a rich taste.
